As an owner of Four Quarters Insurance Group LLC and Partner at FSG (Financial Strategies Group LLP); Don brings his experience helping Clients, Agents, Advisors, CPAs, and Attorneys achieving their goals. Don focuses on the Midwest States of SD, NE, MN, ND, WY, IA, and other states as needed.
By taking a holistic approach to personal and business concerns, Don allows for a complete evaluation and solution to every situation.
Prior to Four Quarters Insurance Group LLC, Don was Regional Vice president at Farm Bureau Financial Services working in the Multi-line distribution system. His goal was and is to help clients with Property/Casualty, Life, and Investments, along with Estate and Business Continuation.
Don holds his Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses. He is appointed to be a Land As Your Legacy representative with Nationwide. It is a program to help Farmers and Ranchers with business continuation and estate planning. Outside of the financial sector, Don is the President and founder of M.I.T.C.H. Inc. (Many Involved through Caring Hearts), which is a non-profit company helping adults with disabilities; primarily those in the Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Don is married to Lisa and has two grown sons. He lives in the country where he can see the sun rise and set which allows him to work on his acreage with Lisa in their spare time. Loves spending time with family.

Jeff comes to us with previous experience in the Life/Health marketplace of California.
Jeff is originally from Torrance, CA and loves his new life in Sioux Falls, SD. He is an avid golfer, loves hockey, football and Rock ‘n’ Roll. Additionally, he is a former Golf Professional from Palos Verdes Golf Club in Southern California. The attraction that brought Jeff here is opportunity and the relationships he has developed, not the weather. He enjoys the open spaces, Falls Park, and meeting new people. Jeff is active within the SF Area Chamber of Commerce which is where he has met many friends and acquaintances.

Stacy comes to Four Quarters Insurance Group with over four years of Property Casualty experience and a prior background in Early Childhood teaching and management. As Office Manager Stacy’s passion is people development; she thrives in customer service where her daily goal is customer satisfaction. She enjoys problem solving with her team or the customer to find the best solution in every situation. Stacy is Property Casualty licensed.
Married to Kurt and Mother to Jaden and Jaylie, Stacy enjoys being active in her church youth group, spending time with family, ready, Bible study, shooting sports, fishing, and racing.
Stacy hates negativity and poor communication but LOVES Chocolate and Coffee!
Lisa Riley
Lisa is our Agency support specialist.
Working with Don for over 20 years she brings a high level of marketing to the team and works in the background of the whole agency and making sure everything is getting completed where needed. Lisa has a Marketing degree and has worked in retail along with Early Childhood development before coming into the Insurance industry with Don.
Lisa and Don have been married for over 30 years and have 2 sons. She enjoys being active in the worship programs at church and is active in the non-profit M.I.T.C.H. Inc. Loves holidays and making people smile with acts of kindness and BAKED goods!
